Like all the others, purchased items from photo's which had been listed on instagram,link takes you to their webpage. Items received were crap. Returned products which are now sitting in Chinese Customs. Rosi Mori will not contact Customs. So there they sit. Purchase via Paypal, trying to get refund from them, but they are a joke too. Even though I forwarded emails clearly showing Rosy Mori know that the items are sitting in Customs, Paypal is arguing we didn't send correct address on package. Unbelievable.

I had the same experience when it came to refunds and sending the items back. My items sat at customs for over 4 months and was later returned to me.

Keep in mind that during this time I emailed popjulia over 15 times and kept getting the same response.

It cost me $100 to email the item back and now they are still wanting me to mail the item back at another $100 so that I can get a $50 refund. That math doesn't add up.

Lesson learned, do not believe any of the positive ratings of their products.

Pop Julia should not be allowed to continue doing business online. Avoid purchasing anything from this company. Ordered 5 items which had to be returned due to poor quality in material and sizing. I was lucky enough to pay through PayPal. I filed with them a resolution dispute. They get from the company the address to send back the wrong size dresses all the way to China - tracking # sent to them -merchandise was received, then right after that, PayPal could not get in contact with them anymore. However, I got a refund from PayPal. Thanks for helping people to be aware of what's going on.

Horrible experience

I ordered a gift from the site for my wife in 2018 for Christmas. When it came the item didn't fit. So I went to mail the item back ($100) due to the fact that they are in China. Then it sat at customs for 3 months and then it was sent back to me. Keep in mind that the gift only cost me around $60 so now I am out of $160. When I contacted Popjulia I keep getting this "robo" like response "If you run into any issue, please do not hesitate to contact us". I emailed them throughout the process more than 20 times and would receive the same email. I feel like why should I resend the item back to popjulia when I tried the 1st time, cost me $100 to do so and now they want me to re-send the item costing me another $100 or they said that "to avoid second return, we would like to offer 30% cash refund or 40% store credit for you to keep the items. Could you accept it?" Why would I accept an item that doesn't fit and a 30% cash refund or a 40% store credit from a place that I have no intentions on using ever again. I just want to be made whole. So I recommend that you stay away from this place because they have been a nightmare to me!!!

When I sign into your site I get the language I want-English,But prices are listed in MX pesos. When I try to change this the language switches to Spanish. I want Enlish language only and US dollars only

They are a complete SCAM!

I can't believe that they are still operating after ripping people off of their money by not returning their refunds, not sending the clothing items you have purchased, and also making it difficult to message about your issues because all they do is respond with a generic message that doesn't even answer your questions. PLEASE read all reviews and DONT buy from them. I returned an item back for a refund with a prepaid label THEY PROVIDED and they returned it back and claimed they never received the product and therefore cant give you your money back. They need to be shut down!

I ordered size Large. Received email that order size 3XL will be mailed soon. I sent from that time ay least 5 emails / I order sjze Large,not 3XL. After 19 days I got size 3XL delivered. Now I tried every way possible to get in contact for a return with my refund , but contact with anyone is impossible.

Popjulia - Worst experience ever
PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! I terribly wish I would’ve thought about that absurd before ordering anything. Not to mention that I had to wait for package THREE DAMN MONTHS, I received damaged item. When I emailed them about return, they rejected to help me. They wouldn’t even explain me why the couldn’t do a full refund. All they did was just an offer 20% cash back. This was absolutely BEYOND DISAPPOINTING. Somehow I got back 85% but still didn’t receive the money. And plus the rest of my items are still in USPS facility preparing to be shipped. This is a nightmare. Very sorry that I wasted nothing but my money and time on them.
